Head swimming, hips aching 10 January 2014
My hips ache, I've had days of stuff to deal with. There's not enough food around. I've been doing my best. I'm glad I ate a salad on the way to the appointment yesterday. I would look forward to getting back to my routine and being able to care for myself. I ache. I hurt. I am empty and need food. There's not enough to look at on the internet. They closed a place I used to go a lot. I can't believe they did that.
