is my least troublesome neighbor. The house and yard are well-kept. I never hear a yard crew. In twenty-five years, I've never seen him, his wife or his tenants. There's been minimal work done. I don't remember any smoke or fumes coming from the property. I've never heard any noise from the property. Sure, every few months some of his party guests have screaming fits in the street, but that is over quickly.
