A tree laden with small orange fruits is waving in the wind outside. The sky is gray mist. It's cold in the library. I wish I could find covered shoes that worked for me. I keep losing body head through my feet. People are starting to wear cold weather gear even though this is supposed to be a subtropical climate. Earlier today I saw a guy wearing a hat with ear flaps. People wear hats and scarves now. I am not. Everyone else is dealing with the rain and coldness. I am dealing with other things. It's like I'm here but I'm not here. They have wet hems on their pants and umbrellas but I don't.
It was blessedly quiet here but I the school kids are here now. I remember when you couldn't talk in the library. Good idea. And they are all hyperactive now. Sigh. I've heard what they are saying and it's pretty free of content, or any content that should be spoken.
The gray mist of rain all over the city is kind of romantic. It cleans the air and makes things quieter. My hip joints hurt. Trying to deal with it. I've been on here for about three hours, or one hour's worth of home computer time. Just found out how to call up my computer history, only four hard to figure steps. I wonder if I will remember them next time. Tools, on the right side of the screen. Then down from there. I am hungry. I am trying to think of what to eat for lunch. Something hot would be good.
