Is there a final formulation somewhere? I recently read this article and there's so much B9(folate) added to every food that it's kind of ridiculous. You can be 3mcg away from a toxic brain lesion causing dose from just serving (table below copied from link below). I think I'd rather have a 100mcg folate/folic acid pill given the current folate insanity in the food industry.
