I eat 71% cocoa bars from the grenada chocolate company down the street.
I don't like 85% cocoa bars.

Hershey's has a dark bar with nibs in it. I like it, saw it in CVS, and some supermarkets.

If the bar had aluminum particles on it then it was probably wrapped in plastic coated with aluminum. Regular al foil will not shed particles but those plastic sheets with al coating on them will.

For anyone who lives near a Trader Joe's, they sell Unique Origin bars -- which have 71 percent cocoa content and only 2 to 3 grams of sugar per square -- for just $1.99 each.
They taste good, and you can't beat the price.

I bought a box of 12 endangered species 88% bars... and they are actually very good. They taste about as good as the 70% bars that I tried, and they are thicker. I have always been sort of addicted to chocolate though, so the only hard part is keeping myself from stuffing my face. I have to ration them out.
