Be like Duke!
Okay, seriously, since I wrote this out for someone else, and have been asked quite a few times, here's my morning oatmeal concoction, which I've been eating for about two years. (Prior to this, I used to make a morning shake, but I like the oatmeal-based version better.)
In my 100% rolled oatmeal, I add: AOR's Essential Mix (one scoop), creatine (5g), New Chapter's Berry Green (7g), cocoa powder (12-15g), d-ribose powder (1g), lactoferrin (500mg), TMG powder (500mg), 3 drops of 2000IU-per-drop D3, Diamond V (5g), lecithin (2g), histidine (1g), cilantro extract (5 drops), Jigsaw brand whey (25g), BCAAs (4g), EV coconut oil (5g), Tropical Oasis brand liquid cal/mag (tablespoon and a half), EV olive oil (4g), DMAE powder (100mg).
It doesn't taste all that great, but the cocoa seems to overwhelm everything else, so it's not horrible.
What do other people eat for breakfast?

What do other people eat for breakfast?
Generally, I like to vary everything. For some reason, I keep coming back to this meal, though:
Eggs w/ mushrooms, chicken, whatever mixed in
Sweet potato hash browns
Ghee used to cook hash browns and eggs
Sriracha used on top of everything
Whole goat milk w/ whey
Black coffee
I'm fairly sure my body is in need of a heart attack. Hormesis and all that.

I alternate between smoothies and oatmeal. In my oatmeal I'll add a few prunes, a date, a handful of pecans or walnuts, 1/2 banana, 3/4 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. I usually eat it with some wheat germ, a little butter and almond milk (or occasionally goat milk.) My smoothie consists of similar ingredients (sans oatmeal and butter) but I add pumpkin seeds, whey protein, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, and increase the wheat germ and throw in some buckwheat groats. What do other people eat for breakfast?

I'll be honest, I can't handle the cocoa in my oatmeal. I find my oatmeal more enjoyable if I just make a hot cup of cocoa (raw & unsweetened of course).cocoa powder (12-15g)
I like oatmeal for breakfast but I keep it pretty simple: Unsweetened Oatmeal + Cinnamon (helps to cover up lack of sugar) + light soy milk. That does me just fine.
I like your idea of mixing Lecithin in with the oatmeal: Lecithin isn't something I look forward to everymorning but 2g will probably be pretty masked by the oats.
That makes me hungry too. I like the idea of sweet potatoe hash browns, I haven't tried them before. Can you find them @ the store? Making hash browns by hand is frustrating: you have to shred the potatoes then soak and drain them a whole lot before you cook them otherwise they will turn into mashed potatoes. Store hashbrowns make it so much easier. Shitake mushrooms chicken eggs, & sweet potato hash browns... mmmmm.Eggs w/ mushrooms, chicken, whatever mixed in

-another good reason to join ImmInst
My breakfast routine consists of no-sugar added strawberry applesauce and natural peanut butter on waffles along with a Morningstar breakfast patty for protein and occasionally yogurt.
i wonder if we will still be alaive wen this game comes out

I would imagine some one sells them, but I've yet to find them in my fairly small city. You can make a big batch at once and freeze what you aren't going to use in the next couple of days.

The mainstay is:
assorted frozen organic vegetables (varied from time to time) cooked in nonfat chicken broth with walnuts added later, whey protein shake, grapefruit,
Every now and then I will have eggs, salad, chicken or grassfed beef mixed with vegetables.
Today's I did strawberries for variety (organic, frozen)

Sorry, mine is pretty basic compared to yours lol.
I first start off with a 25g serving of Reflex Whey protein Powder (chocolate, banana or strawberry without aspartame)
Rolled Oats 50g
Blueberries 100g
Almonds 20g
Walnuts 6g
Banana 60g
Raisins 10g
Essential mix - 6g (with sweetener)
Vitamin D3 - 5000IU
Lindt Dark Chocolate 70 - 85% (10g - 20g)
.
I'm looking to get lactoferrin and some supplement of Beta glucan. Pretty simple really, but those that are having just plain porridge (oatmeal) are really missing out. My breakfast tastes so NICE! I look forward to it everyday
Nice to see Duke Nukem again, can't wait to see some in game footage!

Duke,
You don't think that the phytic acid in oatmeal is binding some minerals in your multi?
Oh and what no cinnamon?

You must be a body-builder with that kind of breakfast. A lot of protein and calories. What kind-of weight/BMI do you maintain?

Hi Matt, have you ever checked out all-in1 for their whey protein? They are the same company as Reflex, just different branding, and much cheaper.Sorry, mine is pretty basic compared to yours lol.
