And what are your reasons if you take both of them or only NR or NMN?

Seems a lot of people on here decide to take only NR or NMN. Why not, for example; NR in the morning and NMN in the evening?

Seems a lot of people on here decide to go only with one? Why?...  :)

I take both.

NR in the AM, as it is shown to take ~6 hrs to show NAD+ increase in plasma. I consider it contributes to maintaining baseline NAD+ levels.

NMN anytime, as it is shown to take ~20 minutes to show NAD+ increase in plasma. I consider it an on-demand NAD+ booster. I use it esp. before, during, and after exercise.

To much of either in the PM area seems to disrupt sleep some and/or give an odd feeling.

I take both. But I have a funky routine that I've mentioned before and only slightly modified since to include NMN. I dissolve ~1g NR in dH2O (there is some loss), filter a nice amber liquid that is not saturated, then dissolve perhaps 600mg NMN and use that intranasal few squirts every now and then throughout the day. Does it work? No idea, maybe. By all measures except the wallet, it doesn't seem to be hurting. I'm not looking for any specific outcome and I'm not attempting to address any specific health concern however. But outside of my gray racing stripes, so far so good :)

And I concur with Oakman, too much in the evening has disrupted my ability to fall asleep in the past.

EDIT: And then there's this... http://www.pnas.org/...9/25/1809392115

I'm not sure what to make of it yet. Perhaps I'm doing some damage with this route of administration.

Little late to this thread.  48 yo male in good health.  I take both.  I've read and read and read many threads here and I can't easily decide which might be better.  I take 125mg oral NR and 125 sublingual NMN in the AM and then spread out another 125mg NMN throughout the day.  I tried 250 mg NR in the AM and I had trouble sleeping so I had to back off that.  I've been doing this for several weeks and have notice increased energy levels (although it feels like slightly uncomfortable energy) and increased mental clarity, concentration and speed.
