Everywhere read it recommends cycling on and off PQQ? What is the reasoning for cycling off? Other antioxidants don’t require this which is why I’m curious? Thanks

I get more of a nootropic effect when I use it again after having cycled off of it. I haven't taken any for a while and was considering getting some more. I have heard it helps regrow nerve damage and increases 40x nerve growth factor. Then again I am doing more research as to whether it is worth it or not.
