Has anyone looked into the differences.  I am wondering which of the two might help the most.

I'm taking some of each... 125 mg. of ABN (Alive by Nature) sublingual NAD alternating with 125 mg. of ABN sublingual NMN a couple of hours later. Right now, I'm taking 500 mg. a day (plus one 125 mg. Elysium BASIS capsule). My rationale (right or wrong) is that NAD allegedly targets the central nervous system, while NMN focuses more on the rest of body.

Where do you grab sublingual NAD?

I'm surprised there aren't any NAD-complexes that get around the digestive / absorption issues.

Edit: Nm.  I didn't realize ABN sold straight up NAD+ in what looks like an altoids tin for sublingual dosing (I'm surprised this product slipped past my radar up until this point.)

It's $44.95 for 60 tablets of 125-mg.sublingual NAD+, and $49.95 for 60 tablets of 125-mg. sublingual NMN
