Hi, I'm 32 years old female, I have MS since 15 years ago. The main treatment option I have is Interferon-beta injection, three times per week.
But I get  terrible side effects from Interferon-beta. I get a flue-kind symptoms(fatigue, cold shivers, pain) on the days I get the Interferon-beta.
To counter those side effects I have been prescribed 1000mg Paracetamol which I take 15minutes after the injection (or 400mg Ibuprofen in rare cases). But I want to seek an alternative approach since Paracetamol is not good in the long term and I want to have a better health. The Paracetamol eliminate those side effects for about 9 hours, so at least I can get a night's sleep on the days of treatment.

I tried the following stack as a replacement for the Paracetamol:
-Acetyl-L-Carnitine 500 mg
-L-Carnitine 500mg
-PQQ 10mg
-(PEA) Palmitoylethanolamide 900mg

I took them 15 minutes after the injection, but they did not help at all.
Do you have a suggestion to replace this stack?

I take another stack to fight MS itself:

- Daily:

Vitamin D 5000iu,  calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, Colostrum, mixed probiotics or Saccharomyces boulardii.

(Just added/testing K2 100mcg, k1 500mcg)
Also I take 500mg vitamin c (I checked with the doctor and she said it's ok)

- Every other day:

b-complex, lion's mane, omega3, sulforaphane, curcumin, grapeseeds. (just added/testing: Sulbutiamine 200mg)
- sometimes I take CoQ10.

Thank you.
