Melatonin is supposedly a powerful antioxidant and is neuroprotective against oxidative stress induced neurodegeneration. But how to supplement it for this exact purpose?
I am experiencing neurodegeneration.
I had bell's palsy in my teens, developed motor ticks I never had before, akathisia/restless leg syndrome, lost hearing on my left ear before puberty due to a firecraker.. and many more cases of neurodegeneration... I am looking for something neuroprotective and I've tried many antioxidants that don't work.
Melatonin inhibits LH and FSH and therefore reduces testosterone. I want to reduce libido and after anabolic steroid use my facial bones grew and now I want to reduce testosterone to prevent any further masculinization and bone growth. I have pseudoacromegaly (increased sensitivity to bone growth, post-igf1 mutations).
I know about anti-androgen medication and have used them but their side-effects are too severe.
