I ve been taking Piracetam 3200mg and Jarrow ALPHA GPC 600 per day for a 3 weeks, and I started to get crazy headaches hardly walking and feel detached.
One of them causes headaches but which one? I will try to stop taking one of them and see which one.
Did any anybody have the same experience with headaches from taking them ???

It's probably the piracetam. A lot of people would consider the 3200 mg dosage to be a bit on the high side. Stop taking the piracetam and see if the headaches go away. I have heard of other people claiming that piracetam causes headaches.

3.2 grams is high? Yikes. I was taking close to 8 grams for a few weeks, with 3-600mg AGPC and 1 gram PPC and had the same problem. It was finals week with a lot of creative writing and philosophy work to do, and my head was sharper and more lucid than I think it's ever been.
I'd done some reading and knew I wasn't taking nearly enough choline for that amount of 'tam, but the problem was a little deceptive in that the headaches didn't start right away. After the school year ended I kept on the stack until the headaches got worse and eventually had to cycle off everything.
I had been taking CDP-Choline in addition to AGPC for the first week and a half, and that seemed by far the most effective combination. I haven't seen people mention it much, probably because it's pricey, but I've experienced nothing but good things from mixing Citicoline and AGPC, with or without Piracetam.
Anyhow, I think I will definitely be dosing a lot less when I start taking Piracetam again.

I was getting headaches when on pirac and hydergine but without hydergine i was fine. I now take lecithin along with pirac and have no headaches but i think thats because theres no hydergine. So yeah i'd try lecithin or choline and drink plenty of water.

This thread is old, but... I experienced no headaches from taking 2-4 grams piracetam for the past 5 days while waiting for my choline to arrive. I was a little spacey the first day, but after that things were going well.
Yesterday my cdp choline arrived (citicholine), I took 250 mg and got a headache. Still have it 24 hours later. Could be coincidental. But, I'm keeping off the choline for at least another week to see how things go without it.

Alpha-GPC gives me a whopping big headache. I am 100% sure it is the Alpha-GPC and I take piracetam+centro. Every so often I would take an Alpha-GPC and within 1 hour, I have a splitting headache that lasts for hours. So now I don't take the Alpha-GPC and no headaches whatsoever. YMMV.This thread is old, but... I experienced no headaches from taking 2-4 grams piracetam for the past 5 days while waiting for my choline to arrive.
