Can Resveratrol be taken together with Omeprazole (Prilosec)? Do you guys have practical experiences or theoretical arguments against (or in favor) of this combination? I would appreciate your help.
Thank you,
Henrik.

Dunno why not, although acid environment inhibited by omeprazole helps keep resveratrol in trans- state.

I can't think of any reason not to mix them either. Omeprazole is a 2C19 substrate as well as inhibitor, and a 1A2 inducer. I don't see either of those raising problems with resveratrol or vice versa. The stomach will still be plenty acidic as far as keeping resveratrol trans, even with a PPI. So I'd say try it and see how you feel. Can Resveratrol be taken together with Omeprazole (Prilosec)?
