My little son plays mostly outdoors in the wintertime and digs extensively in the play schools
sandbox with his hands. Every year he develops what my wife and I call ET's finger,
and the dermatologist diagnosed as an excema. He was prescribed 3 different lotions
from the dermatologist and could not get rid of it within 2 month.
After 3 days RSV + DMSO the finger completely recovers.
I've had a (mild) excema too in both ears that also vanished after 3 days of RSV + DMSO.
My brother also had an extensively large excema between his toes and the same works for
him.
I haven't tried DMSO alone, so I cannot say if resveratrol is critical for success.
But if someone has an analog problem he may give it a try and report results

Missminni had eczema that may have been exacerbated by DSMO + resveratrol; I hope she will comment.
Also, dilute bleach seems to help with many cases of excema.

Be carefull with DMSO, it will suck in any chemical that comes in contact. Yuck.
