And what is about the toxicity of SeMet (selenomethionin)? Isn't it toxic too?In summary, our data demonstrated superior in vivo growth inhibitory efficacy of MSeA over SeMet and selenite, against two human PCa xenograft models without the genotoxic property of selenite.

SeMc is the least toxic form of all the selenium compounds. Also, the dose needed is the lowest of all forms.

I too initially thought that Se-MSC was more potent than sodium
