Good gene searchable database

It looks very good and concise with lots of references. A few genes are a little behind but that might because the proof is week or there updates are slow...
Also Pathway databases

I was wondering if IMMINST would/should start a bioinformatics database on mRNA splicing? Mutations are only half the story to a lot of our problems. There are a few out there but we could use this data to create something specific for Aging and/or Cancer.

It's something I ponder quite a bit but I'd like to push beyond stamp collecting so to speak . There's lots of data that is useful but aging and cancer pathways work like a symphony thus dynamic expression data of those TFs and their interrelations become important. Organizing the data for tools like Cytoscape and other systems biology tools (some that don't even exist yet) would have much value.
