I recently started taking 5 grams of creatine monohydrate along with 150mg of Nuvigil daily, to help with my attention / concentration difficulties. From what I've read, they both seem to be taxing on the liver and kidneys. Besides staying hydrated, do I have a reason for concern with these doses? Is there a certain standardized liver or kidney test I should think about getting?
