Greetings All!!!
Just got my Piracetam today. Still waiting on my Sulbutiamine anf DMAE. After reading bmud's 10 months of research condensed guide I have decided to start the regime he said noobs to get into. My stack of nootropics include Piracetam, DMAE and Sulbutiamine. I decided to use DMAE as the choline source for Piracetam. Based on some research I did, I decided to do an attack dose of Piracetam, about 3 grams 3 times a day along with 6 grams of DMAE and about 1 gram of Sulbutiamine and I will do this for 3 days and then experiment with other various doses until I reach what is best for me. I will always use twice as much of DMAE than Piracetam, based on research. Please critique this plan. Also I want to get the most of these drugs. I have read that when someone uses piracetam say for 3 or 4 days straight and continue to use it, the effects of Piracetam starts to wear off. How does it really work. For those with experience what is the best way to use Piracetam. Use it for 3 days and then be off it for 1 week? What is the best on off cycle to get the best results? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can't imagine that much DMAE will feel very pleasant at all. Are you going to be taking 6 grams 3 times a day? Because that is a massive excess.

No I plan to take 6 grams for the entire day, my dosage for DMAE is going to be double that of piracetam.

Can you cite where you found this idea? I haven't looked into DMAE much because it has some strange reported effects and possibly-counterproductive mechanisms, but based on my understanding you're contemplating an unreasonably large dose.I will always use twice as much of DMAE than Piracetam, based on research.

yeah too much dmae will just cause anxiety. I'd stick with a lower dose of Choline bitatrate. I myself rarely even use a choline source and have no problems. Choline never took away the headache for me. Lately i just use lecithin just in case but will be switching to choline bitartrate to see if theres any difference.
