I've been considering trying the Allergy Research brand for one or two of their products and was wondering how good (or bad) are they? Do they have decent quality control?
They have a newish D product that looks interesting, with MK-7 and vitamin A added. Not sure if its too much retinol though... but it's a decent price.
Also interested in one of their zincs, either picolinate or citrate. Anyone know how large their capsules are? I recently tried thorne zinc citrate and it lead to stomach problems.
