I believe it is possible to do it naturally and trying to gather materials on this topic since I hate dentists.

There exist some tales of old people who started growing new teeth if they were very healthy. This has not been proven.

Nope. They never grow back. You get them NATURALLY twice: temporary when you're still a baby, and permanent when you have grown old.
There are options however if you really want to re-grow a tooth, ceramic bridge or dental implant. It's very costly though but it's worth. Google it.

You can definitely strenghten your dentin if it became weak (the "insides" of your teeth), by vit.d + calcium rich diet for a reasonable time (I did that. My dentist was impressed hehe).. But regrow? Havne't heard about this, except the future medicine approach with an implants of stem cells..

No, though sometimes impacted wisdom teeth might come out and move forward to replace loss of other teeth. In fact, people have more impacted wisdom teeth nowadays because in the past it used to be more normal to lose molars, making space for the wisdom teeth.
But please do everybody around you a favor and go to the dentist. There are few things as disgusting as someone with dirty or rotten teeth and bad breath.
