Allergens in milk are a fact. Which shouldn't concern you if you're not ALLERGIC to them. You might as well stop eating bread because of the gluten while you're at it... then again

Getting fat of milk is a f*cking joke. Soy has about twice the amount of fats you'd get in the same amount of milk. Of course - butter is a different story, but we're talking about milk and yogurt here.
