I have been taking Lycopene 10 mg, Pomegranate Extract and Reishi for about 3 weeks now and noticed darker skin. It looks tanned but I haven't been out in the sun much at all. Is 10mg of Lycopene a lot and cause orange/darker skin ?

Most likely it's the Lycopene. It's well known to cause darkening / yellowing of the skin.

I know this is an old thread, but how long does it take to notice change in skin colour from oral Lycopene consumption?
