Has anyone else try it? Or would like to suggest anything about, I'm doing tolerance mapping for it right now, I'm almost sure 600mg twice a day is too much, but once a day might produce some positive effects.
L-PCA
L-pyroglutamic acid is naturally found vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and meat. It is normally present in large amounts in the human brain, cerebrospinal fluid, and blood. Once L-PCA is taken orally, it easily passes through the blood-brain barriers and helps stimulate cognitive function.
L-pyroglutamic acid (L-PCA) is believed to be associated with the activity of the key neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, as well as with the production of two other important neurotransmitters, GABA and glycine. In association of acetylcholine, L-PCA supports the production of acetylcholine by increasing the number of receptors and helping turn acetylcholine into a form that the brain can use. This may help increase brain function.
