I've started taking Melatonin supplements again regularly after reading the detailed report over at Examine.com. Besides improving sleep Melatonin apparently has a number of other health benefits, including suppression of tinnitus which I experience.

Many Melatonin supplements come with several co-factors,5HTP, LTheanine, B vitamins, etc. I try and use no more than 3mg, since I tend to experience nightmares at higher dosage levels, and I also try and cycle use, though it is my understanding that you don't build up tolerance, ie the body doesn't lose its ability to create melatonin naturally.
Does anyone reading this have any opinion on the ingredients in the following AOR brand?
