Hi all,
I am looking to incorporate a dopamine precursor into my stack, and wanted to know why i should choose DLPA over L-Tyrosine.
I am a student, and with L-Tyrosine being much cheaper and more available here in Australia - why shouldnt i choose it over DLPA - as DLPA is supposed to be broken down into it by the body anyway?
I remmeber something vaguely about tolerance to L-Tyrosine - is this true?
Cheers,

I notice more from tyrosine than I do from DLPA.

Over fifty percent of DLPA is converted to tyrosine in the liver, however some people cannot convert it effectively. If I remember correctly, DLPA is also a precursor to PEA, while tyrosine is not. However the PEA will likely not be bioavailable unless you are taking a MAO-I aswell.
