Dear Reader,
They can't silence us all!
Some of today's most courageous alternative doctors dare not speak publicly about the lifesaving new medicines they've discovered. These are not the familiar 'natural remedies' you read about elsewhere ...and vested interests will do ANYTHING to prevent them from reaching YOU.
But we have the inside story on the greatest new medicines of our time...
Killer flu knocked out in 8 hours with secret antidote developed for military...
End-stage cancers destroyed by botanical that even saved Chernobyl victims...
Heart failure reversed in 2 weeks. No more plaque! Surgeons cancel bypasses...
Arthritis pain completely erased in 2 days with enormous relief in 15 minutes...
In this privately circulated report, we're breaking the silence about the greatest new medicines of our time...

I'm not sure how I think about this "HSI" place, but I found this quote amusing:
I didn't even know that rice had brains!
Since our Members have been using Policosanol for up to 5 years, they've learned a lot about how to use it correctly. Recently, they've been comparing notes on the online HSI Member's Forum. Those getting the best results point out that the original studies all used a type of Policosanol extracted from sugar cane. Yet the market is now deluged with brands extracted from beeswax, rice brain and other non-sugar-cane sources. And some published studies now suggest that the beeswax versions may not be useful for cholesterol treatment.
I didn't even know that rice had brains!

Rice brain is a delicacy where I come from. It's harvested only from the most intelligent grains.

In the vastness of the cosmos brainy rice is quite common... the highest IQ levels have been realized from the carmalizing influence of red dwarfs, although it is vastly easier to simply rely on that newsletter. Indeed, in the greater reaches of space there is a move on against the reckless overconsumption of brainy rice by the few of us with vast drives available to us. Thus, such newsletters are filling the void...

In responce to the original article...
Ooh! They have not been silenced by the government conspiracy! They are so courageous about releasing the TRUTH, the things that work! Let's buy from them, to show our support!
Even if it doesn't work... oy... if things really worked, they'd have proof for it and not just dumb testimonials and questionable unduplicatable lab tests.
I don't even need to read the site, I can smell a marketer.

Did I hit some nerve here?In responce to the original article...

Now, what is the truth, "I don't even need to read the site, I can smell a marketer"?Even if it doesn't work... oy... if things really worked, they'd have proof for it
Wow, have you investigated this HSI? Please share......not just dumb testimonials and questionable unduplicatable lab tests
Are free things only true? Marketer=liar? And if you are referring to me being a marketer. That is an outright lie, and I don't appreciate your tone, buddy...I don't even need to read the site, I can smell a marketer.

Ok, fine, but what about the brainy rice?" There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments and which can not fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance--that principle is contempt prior to investigation." -- Herbert Spencer

Yeah, you might of hit a nerve. Don't take it personally, though. The world of supplements (and commercialism, really) is full of people trying to make a quick buck, and in the realm of science-oriented products, nothing is worse than fake write ups, misleading test results, and con men posing as well informed individuals looking out for the well-being of others. I would think also with the American Bush administration going to be locking down on even more drugs and supplements, this would be a sensitive topic.

Yes I fully understand that. HSI however has been around a long time and have over 100,000 subscribers and some really top notch doctors, practitioners and researchers. They have thier own online forum and if someone has issues with thoer claims etc... you can be sure to "nail them to the wall" so to speak if you suspect or know that they are trying to pull something over on anyone. They are not hiding from anyone. If they had something to hide you can be certain they wouldn't expose themselves like that. The world of supplements (and commercialism, really) is full of people trying to make a quick buck, and in the realm of science-oriented products, nothing is worse than fake write ups, misleading test results, and con men posing as well informed individuals looking out for the well-being of others.
No doubt. All the more reason to dig and find trustworthy info....I would think also with the American Bush administration going to be locking down on even more drugs and supplements, this would be a sensitive topic.

I don't think anyone is hateful of you wanting to bring the truth to the forefront. It was just written in such a way that screamed snake oil and was easy to be taken as pure marketing. It looks too fantastical, even after a thorough read.
I think your article is a type of writing that's polarized to the reader. You either respond really well to it and get sucked into it, or you don't. I didn't, tyciol didn't. Don't be offended.
And no, not just free things are true, but this is a community that prizes knowledge, and why should we have to pay for it?
