I want to supplement fish oil, but I don't seem to tolerate it well

I keep reading about all the benefits of fish oil, but when I take it I develop a feeling of head pressure, lethargy, and difficulty concentrating/brain fog. Even on just one 1g capsule a day. I suspect this is caused by the fish oil raising acetylcholine. I do not do well with choline supplements either. Obviously I can just not take fish oil, but I hate to give up since it's supposed to be so beneficial. Would krill oil or some other source of omega 3s maybe not have this effect? Any other thoughts?

What about fish oil + alcohol (alcohol is anticholinergic supposedly)? Haven't tried the combo

do you have a study that alcohol is anticholinergic?

I already drink more than I probably should. Hasn't seemed to help.
