For some odd reason dopamine reuptake inhibition doesn't work, it doesn't work at all like a SSRI or SNRI does. It doesn't increase dopaminergic signaling as far as I know. You can read about this on Google.

Wellbutrin and Sertraline (at high doses)
If you want to increase dopamine in certain regions such as the PFC and mesocortical pathways, Nortriptyline would be useful.

I have tried Sertraline and it helps me at 100mg but it is unworkable for me due to side effects, I could give Wellbutrin a go. Any more recommendations are much appreciated.

Unfortunately it requires a perscription in my country and I don't know where to get it online.
What about methylphenidate? It's pretty safe, as far as I know.

Modafinil, occasionally to avoid tolerance.
