For those who know about this product, especally uniquenutrition.com, how long should it be taken for, i.e. to restore hippocampul+ overall brain volume and destroy depression/stress?

I don't think there's definite answer on that. It all depends of individual. I'm not sure what you mean by overall brain volume? If you think your brain will grow on tianeptine, it won't :)
It could help with depression, but it depends on what kind depression you have, reason for it etc. It's best to consult a doctor if you believe you have depression than try to fix things yourself.

Sadly, da_sense is correct, we don't have such objective answers yet. That said, I take tianeptine daily and I have gained 2 pounds in the past three months (since beginning it). :) (probably muscle, actually).

johnmk, what are the differences you notice before and after tianeptine? differences in behavior, anxiety level?
