Has anyone looked further into this as a cause for anxiety and maybe even dp/dr?

I'm interested in some other theories as well.  What is the general consensus?  I have intermittent bouts as a result of shooting (speculative) shotguns without hearing protection throughout my youth.  But recently, post 50, I notice if I am dehydrated, or if my blood pressure climbs too high, this also triggers episodes.

 

Either that or the stealth drones the Government has following me 24/7.
