I used Primaforce idebenone back in 2011 or so. The product has since been discontinued. Never noticed much from it. Guess idebenone is one of those supps that kinda lost their popularity.

On paper it appears to be great for serotonin and dopamine but it seems many say the cognitive improvement subsides with a few days to weeks of use. Studies show up to 2g+ daily so maybe it’s one of those supps that need to be cycled. I’ve heard it’s also hard to get good quality pure powder so maybe a lot of it being discontinued is a manufacturing issue.

I suspect it boosts NE as well. A few days of using it and I get anger/anxiety issues out of nowhere. I've repeated this experiment several times with the same results.

When I emailed them they said sourcing is an issue so it just may be harder for companies to get. I like 90-180 mg and notice more mental energy, clarity, and seem more creative on it.

I don't see how. None of the research suggests it affects NE at all.

Any updates on this?

If I had problems with CoQ10 will I have problems with this? CoQ10 even at lower doses gives me a rash on my nipple and it just keeps getting larger if I take it :(.  Also I get some itchy red skin on my arms at times.

Please let me know.  Generally speaking is it different enough from Coq10 to warrant a purchase?  Is it safe if I have infections or autoimmune issues? Poor thyroid too.
