I'd like to hear some updated experiences with Ibudilast, there isn't a ton here and on Reddit. What dosage did you use and what were the beneficial effects, did it affect your sleep and help reset amphetamine tolerance which is what a lot use it for?
My personal experience: been using 20mg daily for a week now. For the first hour or two, I notice lethargy, brain fog, irritability and inability to focus on anything (ADHD symptoms probably from cAMP increase). After this period passes, I notice extreme brain clarity and complete elimination of brain fog. Probably the best brain anti-inflammatory that exists right now. Other than that I don't notice much and haven't tried amphetamine yet to see if it reversed tolerance.
