I'm willing to be a guinea pig out of complete desperation, I'm ordering a gram from a Chinese research company, I read there was problems with solution in water but in a another article it says even if 1000th of the drug gets through it has the desired effect, how would I dose and administer it?.

Would I have to go through the same solution process as this and would I have to inject it?

Drug Administration. ISRIB solution was made by dissolving 5 mg ISRIB in 1 mL dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) (Fisher Scientific, D128-500) and 1 mL polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG400) (EMD Millipore, PX1286B-2). The solution was gently heated in a 40 °C waterbath and vortexed every 30 s until the solution became clear. The solution was kept in a warm environment throughout the experiment. Each solution was used for injections up to 4 d maximum. If the solution became visibly cloudy or precipitated, a new solution was prepared. ISRIB was delivered at 2.5 mg/kg dosage through i.p. injections. The vehicle solution consisted of 1 mL DMSO and 1 mL PEG400.

I'm not a chemist, I could try to learn to do this process if needed but maybe there's an easier way, I wouldn't know how to inject myself either.

Wondering if you got anywhere with this? My 40 year old wife has extensive brain damage from a brain stem stroke and I very interested in trying this with her. Both short term and long term memory are shot from hippocampus damage and basil ganglia/thalamus damage and our 10 year old son and myself very much need our girl back. Interested in purchasing and working out dosing can help each other?

Hey Rick, first time seeing your reply, dont know if your still looking for it, reach genius in Switzerland as it for 66 euro for 50mg, Its third party tested, I have no idea if just 50mg is sufficient, I googled longcity isrib dosage and forgot I made this post, Im debating getting it, also have dihexa on the way that would probably be the next best thing to ISRIB but probably no where near as effective, I'll keep looking for the info on dosage and get back to you, feel free to pm me

ISRIB won't help you out either.   It's too late for this.

It needs to be administered right after injury?, Iv heard of people with no brain damage benefiting from it as a nootropic.

Correct.  I once looked into it many months ago.  It won't be good right now in your case.

What about early onset Alzheimer’s? Will it work then?
