LONGECITY

Wtf?? I took high dose birth control for a month to stop massive bleeding (which wasn’t successful!!) and now I’m feeling like I did when I was trying to come off SSRIs or benzos?? This feels like a HUGE setback as I am still healing from those withdrawals. I need something for this panic/OCD/shakiness/intrusive thoughts. I was told I have a low COMT gene so originally I was suppose to start 5htp anyways among other supplements. Do you think 5 htp will help with this birth control induced panic? I know birth control is hormones but I swear it did something to my mental health chemicals too.
