Long story short, there's a possibility I'll have to go back on a DA to lower prolactin. Maybe not, but just doing a little research.

When I was on cabergoline before, fatigue was the most noticeable and frustrating side effect. I've heard this is because it acts primarily on D2, which is non stimulating (like D1).

Question - does the fatigue ever go away, or are there other options that would avoid this? I suspect bromocriptine has the same issue more or less. Amphetamines I've read will only lower prolactin until a tolerance is formed, so I can't use those instead. What about the other DAs out there?

Red ginseng inhibits TH, caffeine upregulates D2/D3 sites.  By naturally lowering dopamine levels, you may assist your body in a natural response.
