Hello, I am going to order Nilotinib to see if it helps my early PD symptoms. I am searching and reading trying to determine if my assumption is correct that API if is the consumable version of Nilotinib is what I need to order? It seems the "base" is the raw ingredient that would not be properly absorbed if consumed?

The latest Clinical trial confirmed that Nilotinib improves the brain's ability to use dopamine by reducing inflammation and levels of toxic alpha-synuclein.

 

I used China version and I didn't notice anything even no side effect "sugar piles   ",  I asked, What we are missing here? is it fake or what.

 

I bought VIELIGHT Gamma and today is my 2nd treatment session. I'll keep you updated if you are interested. 

 

I hope you will find the answer, we are all waiting for Is there a real alternative for the super expensive drug NB?

How is the Vielight working for you? I have been looking at these...

 

I got my Nilotinib from Alibaba, I have tried it for about a month without any noticeable difference. I thought I felt a little off the first week and seemed like I was having some skipped heartbeats and actually thought my tremors worsened a little but could have just been a bad week, other than that no symptoms or improvements... Perhaps I should try it longer however from the results I read those that it helped noticed improvements quickly...

Here is my update

1. Vielight: no improvement so far for more than 3 weeks usage. Maybe needs longer period.

2. 9MBC: no improvement so far for more than 1 moth usage.

 

2019 Plan   

1. Nilotinib: I think this will be the golden standard for PD. 

2. DiHexa: promising substance; more powerful than BDNF.

3. GM1: promising substance; showed improvement with people with early PD.

Thank you for the update! I have read that the VIELIGHT will take over 4 weeks to notice any benefits... Hoping to hear good news on this as I was ready to buy one!

My plan is similar to yours... May I ask what is GM1? I’ve searched and not finding much...

I have tried the 9MBC as well for a couple months now. And haven’t noticed much. Possible a little better mood however that is subjective...

I have also tried DiHexa however not consistently. I need to find a good source as well as research and adopt proper method, dose and frequency. There is so much information out there with different opinions so it takes a little reading between the line. Taking orally upsets my stomach a bit so may try the DHEA skin application.

GM1 ganglioside has been suggested as a treatment for Parkinson's disease (PD), potentially having symptomatic and disease modifying effects.

 

A research group led by (Jay S. Schneider, PhD) suggests that one potential pathogenic mechanism contributing to PD may involve dysregulation of ganglioside synthesis and expression that may contribute to the vulnerability and degeneration of DA neurons in PD. And suggests that an early start GM1 administration partially protects motor behavior and stratal DA levels.

I'm now drilling to understand more why they said the the below

 

"Although there are several possible reasons why compounds such as GDNF, neurturin, CoQ10, CEP-1347, GPI-1485, pioglitazone, exenatide, and others that showed promising neuroprotective effects in MPTP models failed to demonstrate clear disease-modifying effects in clinical trials34"

 

 

I think GM1 is not available as oral and I haven't seen any group buy.
