First of all... I have used GBL for near 9 years now. This drug has been incredible for getting rid of social anxiety. Absolute life saver. It seems to have no negative side effects (almost). I can sleep 5-6 hours of supers sleep a night and feel like I slept 12 hours. It has decreased my cholesterol and blood pressure. I'm a bodybuilder and get these things checked out because I'm also on testosterone and TRT. I have seen nothing but positive side effects from using this drug.... Although I have gone into the abuse territory by taking it 24/7... Meaning dosing hourly. To do...pretty much everything. I have take a month or two off here or there but always get back on because life is that much better on it. I even love to train on it.

HOWEVER. There is something about GBL that is causing severe erectile dysfunction and loss of libido when used chronically without breaks. It goes away fast when I take a break but I am wondering what could be the cause of this? GBL is known to release growth hormone which I've verified myself with blood tests. It releases an amazing 4IU worth of pharma GH in a matter in 2-3 hours. I have most definitely noticed anti ageing and fat loss benefits from it. It also releases prolactin which is a known cause for ED but I take cabergoline which pretty much can crush it at a low dosage. Prolactin is not the cause.

I suspect GBL depletes some essential amino acids, vitamins or minerals needed for erection or nitric oxide. I can't figure out what it is. Has anyone got any ideas? There's always cialis and other ED drugs but I know I function PERFECTLY well if I drop all the drugs. And please don't tell me to stop using it as without G I will fall into severe depression, isolate & hate myself etc. It has been a life saver for me. I am not interested in any other drugs.

I just need to figure out how to counteract the ED effect. Any ideas guys?

I don't know what might be the reason for the ED if it's not the prolactin. Maybe mild metabolic acidosis?

Normally people who (ab)use GBL 24/7 develop severe physical dependence pretty fast (within weeks to months), sometimes resulting in life-threatening delirum tremens upon suddently stopping the drug. But I guess they really take it every 1-2 hours + higher doses during the night so they can sleep and that for weeks to months or longer without days off.

Happens to some people but in my case I can take a few benzos and be back to normal... Minus the long term damage done to the GABA and GHB receptors. I usually start craving G, benzos or alcohol REALLY bad so obviously there are some long term effects included. Nowhere near as bad as alcohol or benzos though. I've gone through xanxa withdrawals before and compared to G it's pure hell.

Try lyrica instead of ghb. It's reported to have similar effect. As to libido loss i will explain why all euporia causing substances kill libido. The nature has made us to get euphoria from orgasm but you take drugs to get euphoria,  so the body thinks that you have already had enough orgasms to get euphoric substances releases. So either orgasms or drugs, there is no other choice... For  that reason dbol + pretty baby is healthier than any euphoric drugs...

Did you find out the cause of the issue? Im dealing with severe ED to the point of chemical castration, after racetam abuse my body has lost its ability to have a normal natural erection for the past 10 years, I cannot have sex.

No ideas at all. How racetams can cause ed i wonder? I take piracetam periodically with no issues. Raised serotonin level causes ed because serotonin should be released during orgasm as a reward to entire species behaviour. If released by not orgasm the body refuses to spend resources for erection. The way out is to get serotonin from orgasms. Dophamine can help with libido because it makes you more agitated and thus more needing orgasmic serotonin for calming down. Try also new viagra mods
