I was thinking about taking a vegetable supplement since I don't eat vegetables much. I came across this one from Nature's Plus:
https://www.iherb.co...ASABEgLNTPD_BwE
180 tablets per bottle for $11.48
3 tablet serving size providing 1300mg
Broccoli 1000mg
spinach 100mg
carrot 100mg
cabbage 100mg
Has anyone tried this? Best bang for the buck?

How much healthful substances can you really get that way?
Take 1 cup spinach, 1 carrot, 1 cup blueberries, and some protein powder of your choice mix in blender and you'll get much more bang for your buck, and you won't even taste the spinach.
Avocado, 1-2 tbsp. flax seeds, and celery are nice additions as well.
