Similar experience https://www.longecit...a-for-insomnia/

I tried 10K and 20K IU of Vitamin A (palmitate). It's not something to take and then feel sedated shortly after. For me I take it before bed, then when I wake up in the middle of the night like I usually do, I feel very drowsy and feel the need to go back to sleep, where as normally I wouldn't feel that.

My question is does anyone know what exactly the vitamin A is doing to the body to cause this sleepy effect?
