Hi Guys,
Would it be ideal to consume royal jelly and follow a protocol in: https://www.longecit...eople-under-60/
I am a big fan of royal jelly and I really want to follow that thread above...I am just unsure if it's a good idea. Criticism seems to exist with that protocol also (last comment)
