Part of my left PFC is currently “offline”. I have suffered an injury 10 months ago out that I mostly recovered from. Still I struggle a lot, mostly attention, blunted emotions, irritability, general discomfort and headaches.

What is my best bet at repairing my PFC ?

I find the most troubling the lack of emotions and irritability. My social life took a big hit.
Also I’m 19. I’m hoping that since my frontal cortex isn’t fully developed yet there is still time for repair.

Probably to some extend depends on what cause it trauma or hormones / defiencies etc latter probably fully possible if corrected.

ive always wonder how people notice brain aging since the decline is most of the time slow so you get used to it and not fast and big
