Hi,

If Lithium Orotate depletes Inositol, does that mean it will make OCD worse?

I'm thinking of taking 1mg per day. Should I pair it with 500mg Inositol?

Thanks,

I take 15 mgs of Lithium Orotate and it does not make me particularly OCD or enhance any such tendencies, by my experience.

Hi TheFountain,

Do you take Inositol? or Lithium alone?

Thanks,

Hi TheFountain,

Do you take Inositol? or Lithium alone?

Thanks,

I have other supplements in my regimen containing inositol.

But for the Lithium I take the Kal brand Vitamelts, which make me feel pretty relaxed. If necessary I will take two doses of 10 mgs once early in the day and once later in the day.

This seems to have a good regulatory effect on mood stabilization.
