Great, Michael, thank you. Interesting link between homocysteine and mTORC1 At min 1:50-on how can we convert from mM in that chart to micMol/L to compare blood levels? Does it make sense? I might (cannot really prove it!) have had some lowering effect when using NR and NAC maybe affecting both serine and methionine paths.
