Hi there,

 

A friend of mine is looking for a high quality B Complex that is lower dose (as opposed to mega dose) made with the biologically active forms of the B vitamins (especially B-9). I can find many formulations that fit the bill except they tend to be higher dosages (i.e. B-100, B-50, etc.).

 

Any help would be most appreciated.
