I've tried taking Ray and Terry's Memory Support supplement with very unsuccessful results. I've been trying to determine which ingredient might be causing my reaction, because some of the ingredients seem worthwhile by themselves to take.
My symptoms are an unpleasant feeling of increased pressure and blood flow in the temple area (is this flushing?) and a suspected increase in blood pressure to 137/80. They have largely gone away after I stopped taking the product.
I tried looking at side effects of the ingredients. I've taken ginkgo and phosphatidylcholine by themselves without issue before. I'm leaning towards the DMAE. Here, from rayandterrys.com, is the label:
I would appreciate any input you'd care to offer.

Ginkgo gives me that temple rush you are talking about. I take 120mg in the morning. It has subsided since I had started taking it.

My bet is also on the gingko combined with the vinpocetine as they are both vasodilators and you might simply be sensitive to this combo. I would bet that your body would get used to it after about a week though.
