These guys are terrific, and while they won't come right out and say it in public, they are very much on our side. Last time I talked with them they were negotiating a deal to test out 2-deoxy-glucose in pet food. So our pets may be the initial beneficiaries of anti-aging drugs!

Seems a common thread in research... If you "come right out and say" that your doing anti-aging or life extension work, you get black listed by some unnamed big brother. Or am i taking this to far?

Yep, you have to be very selective in marketing your research in the longevity fields. Probably the most outspoken (and best qualified) people have had the hardest time getting funding.
