For a few months now, I take a 'multivitamin' of my own design. I wrote the recipe and my pharmacist makes it. But I'm continually redesigning it.

This is my latest version:
- Lithium carbonate 53mg
- Potassium iodine 75µg
- Vitamin B1 4,2mg
- Vitamin B5 19,5mg
- Vitamin B6 30mg
- Vitamin B14 10µg
- Folic acid 400µg
- Biotin 150µg
- Choline 100mg
- Inositol 50mg
- Vitamin D2 75µg

Is there something missing or other errors?

I also take: 10mg zinc, 50 ui/g SOD, 300mg alpha lipoic acid, 75mg reduced glutathione, OPC from grape seeds, vitamin B2, selenomethionine, vitamin E, shitake extract, extract from the blue willow, 180 mg C (Ca-, Zn-, Mgascorbate + citrus bioflavonoiden + hesperidine + rosa canina + rutine + acerola), chlorella, 30mg ubiquinone, 500mg beta-alanine, magnesium, cystein, garlic and creatine.

Can I ask why Lithium Carbonate? Lithium Orotate is safer.

And why D2 and not D3?

My pharmacist is unable to buy D3. I will ask him about lithium orotate.

How many times a day do you take each supplement?

I would take 1000 IU or more of D3 in a gelcap (oil) formulation, and just leave it out of the multi. It's dirt cheap at iherb.
