Also I forget about body composition. The small pre-meal not only helps eat less, but I hope it helps return some insulin sensitivity to the body before the larger meal (don't know if it does though), and the ALA hopefully shunts glucose into glycogenesis instead of lipogenesis thus saving the fat cells. Also as I understand it muscles are also able to accept quite a bit of lipids (IMTG). I know its said that IMTG causes more insulin resistance, but I really think it depends on how its partitioned in the sarcoplasm. I mean athletes have higher IMTG content.

Since I began this I have noticed an improvement in body composition, but I've also changed many other things, such as my exercise routine, so I can't be sure that these changes are responsible.

At least supplement choline once a week if you're using piracetam. Your brain needs more on piracetam.

Your water intake seems to be very low. I 'm on a similar diet and my water intake is at least 3 times that amount!

Why on earth are you using retin A? That sounds very extreme and potentially counterproductive for someone your age with likely pretty minimal sun damage. If you are as young as you think you are, you have time to figure out if it's o.k. to use retin A for what you are using it. Plus, there will likely be better ways to maintain healthy youthful skin. Why risk becoming dependent on something and why do something that makes your skin even more vulnerable to the sun's damaging rays?For years my pale ass just used aloe on my face everyday. I spent many many a summer getting way too much sun. Despite this, I've always maintained healthy and youthful looking skin. I can only imagine how young I would look now if I had just protected myself more. Retin A would not have been required at all, not one bit. I believe diet, exercise, fairly consistent good sleep and a fairly stress free life will have just as much or more of an impact in how young your skin looks. I know what hurt me the most these past 5 years was stress, lack of good sleep, and the fact that I straight up stopped exercising for 2 years after doing it religiously for 15. Oh, and I forgot to mention I drank a whole lot and had a few periods of smoking my ass off.

You are obviously very careful to research whatever you include in your regimen so I'd be interested to know if there is a particular brand or source of dark chocolate you'd recommend?
