Hello,
I am not that good in learning new languages, I would like to start learning Spanisch and improve my English.
Which supps or meds would help me with memorize the vocabulair and help me with understanding and using the grammar.
Thanks in advance

I study language (linguistics) and daily piracetam helps my mind stay flexible. Or it could just be studying languages. Try piracetam and aniracetam, but If you go for aniracetam, try taking a very tiny amount with milk. Many find microdosing to be very effective

I tried both Aniracetam and Piracetam. Piracetam improved the way i would construct a sentence in a very clear way. It's like the best words came to me automatically. I also noticed that i used more qualificatifs.
Aniracetam is way too hyper for learning. It energized me and sometimes caused headaches. if you are not experienced with racetam , stay with piracetam. If you do sports, aniracetam will help you think faster, remove anxiety and make colors brighter but that's it.
Seems like Piracetam boosts interhemispheric communication, making your speech more creative... Aniracetam doesn't.

the best language-learning method is learning the governing principles of the particular language, and total emmersion (i.e., living around native speakers.)
build from the inside out. Formal structure ----> creative abstraction

If you search the old messages/threads in this forum for DMAE, you will see that a couple of folks who supplemented with it noticed a boost in verbal intelligence specifically.
