some of my notes:
galantamine increase susceptability of the organism to ACH??????
galantamine is a chloride channel blocker (what does this mean in
relation to ACH uptake, production, etc. & exercise)
HUP A is a inhibitor of ACH breakdown thru anticholinesotase action in
cholinergic synapses. Does HUP A boost amount of ACH or just doesnt
allow amounts present to not breakdown?
1. is taking vinpocetine & HUP A overkill? work thru diffrent
pathways? & do they work synergistically?
2. taking galantamine & centrophenoxin(lucidril) overkill? do they
work thru diffrent pathways & do they work synergistically?
My future program:
OTC formula. 4 caps morning
cdp choline 300 mg
A-L-A 40 mg
vinopcetine 10mg
HUP A 100mcg
gingko 360 mg
dmae h3 (liq dmae w/paba) 200mg
piracetam ????
galantamine ????
would deprenyl & hydergine be overkill?
GOAL: to maximize my body's ability to produce, synthesize, etc. ACH
experimenting with ACH/nerve transmission relationship.

current program
piracetam,HUP A, CDP choline, galantamine,dmae
looking to add nicergoline, lucidril,idebenone-would any of this be redundant or overkill?

definitely the 40 mgs of Galantamine are a Alzheimer disease dose!!! Try to take 4 mgs as all in your regimen synergizes quite well I think and too much can be not so good

Not for nothing, but I would experiment with higher doses of the Piracetam before spending more $ on more expensive drugs. 800mg of P'tam per day is VERY low.
Try taking 3x 400mgcaps 3 times per day at 6-8hr intervals. Many use P'tam only to increase cognition during the most active hours (ie work, school). I have found that a more constant/level elevation (dosing every 8hrs) help in long term memory storage as well as retrieval. The brain is actively filing and comparting data for a great portion of the day, so why not give it a 24hr boost ?
At least triple your daily Piracetma for a week or two @ current 2 x day regimen and see if that gives you better results.

Is it counterproductive to take Alzheimer's dosage with Lucidril and Galantamine if you're using it off-label for improvements in cognition? I've always been curious what's the health cap for healthy individuals (well, healthy individuals with chronically poor eating habits and ADHD)
